The dinner menu for tonight: Salmon Rollitos served on wilted spinach and capers "Melt in the Mouth" beef roast with Potato Dauphine served with pan fried vegetables. We have selected various wines in trying to represent most of the wine growing regions of South Africa. Recently we came across Dixon’s Peak Organic Viticulture. Please try it. (Viticulture (from the Latin word for vine) is the science, production and study of grapes, which deals with the series of events that occur in the vineyard.)
